• One admission fee has been paid, it will not be refunded even if the pupil is withdrawn.
• Tuition fee is to be deposited by the 15th of the month in which the installment is due. Installment will be due in the month of April, July, October and Junuary. Please note that late payment incurs a fine of Rs.25.00 per month.
• Annual charges shall be paid in April.
• Parents should kindly keep the receipt issued to them in proof of the payment of fees. The same is to be produced when needed
• Fees shall not be accepted without producing the fee card. fees shall be paid by a responsible person.
• Those who lose the fee receipt book will be fined Rs. 50.00 for another one.
• Fees will be collected in the bank. The detailed information for the same will be printed in the fee Receipt Book. Each fee receipt book wiil have three slips, one each for the bank, the parents and the school office respectively.
